1 1/2 cups chicken broth
 
2 teaspoons corn starch
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Dash pepper
 
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

Blend chicken broth and corn starch in 1 quart measure.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture thickens.
Stir once with wire whip.
Pour over Egg Foo Yung before serving
