Egg Foo Yung Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 3/4 lb. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey | ||
| Bean sprouts | 1/2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1/2 stalk of celery, chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Vegetable oil | ||
Directions
Slightly beat eggs.
Stir in cooked chicken or turkey, bean sprouts, green onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover bottom of a 6" skillet with oil and heat.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into pan and cook over low heat until set.
Turn carefully and cook other side.
