Egg Foo Yung Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 green pepper, cut into 1-inch | ||
| (2.5 cm) pieces 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) salt | ||
| 1 medium onion, cut in eighths | ||
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 , cooked, drained | |
Directions
Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients except spinach in blender container.
Cover and process at CHOP 3 to 4 cycles.
Pour into mixing bowl, add spinach, and stir to mix well.
Pour mixture by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle and bake until brown on medium heat.
Turn and brown other side.
