Egg Flip II Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon brandy
10 fl. oz. hot milk
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Directions
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg yolk and sugar together with a fork.
Gradually beat in the brandy and hot milk.
Pour the flip into a tumbler.
Sprinkle over the nutmeg and serve.
