Egg Flip Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/4 Pint, chilled | |
| Vanilla essence - 1 drop or brandy - 1 teaspoon, if liked | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a small basin and add the egg.
2. Put in sugar. Whisk or beat to break the egg up thoroughly.
3. Pour in chilled milk, and vanilla essence or brandy. Mix well.
SERVING
4. Serve in a tall glass.
