Egg Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked egg yolks | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon unbleached flour, or as needed | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon curry powder or freshly grated nutmeg | ||
Directions
Mash together cooked yolks and flour and mix in raw eggs and seasonings, adding more flour to make a workable dough.
Form into small balls and drop into gently boiling salted water.
Cook 5 minutes or until balls rise to surface.
