 6 hard-cooked egg yolks
 1/2 teaspoon unbleached flour, or as needed
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/8 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon curry powder or freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

Mash together cooked yolks and flour and mix in raw eggs and seasonings, adding more flour to make a workable dough.
Form into small balls and drop into gently boiling salted water.
Cook 5 minutes or until balls rise to surface.
