Egg Dumplings Recipe
These Egg Dumplings are so delicious. I like having them with my rice or pasta dishes. Try them out with any of your favorite dishes. You can also eat these egg dumplings individually.
Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 rounded tsp. baking powder | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Sift dry ingredients; stir in the egg which has been beaten with the milk.
Mix well, drop on hot, bubbling stew or chicken.
Cover and cook 10 minutes; uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes
