Egg Custard Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
Directions
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg on top of pie.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
