Egg Cottage Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco | 6 Drop | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Can (10oz), creamed | |
Directions
Combine eggs and seasonings.
Chill.
For a smoother spread, press cottage cheese through a sieve.
Add the cottage cheese, sieved or unsieved, to the egg mixture just before serving.
Serve with crisp wafers or bread.
