Egg Chips Recipe
Ingredients

| Ripe olives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pickle relish | ||
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Potato chips | ||
| Pimiento | ||
Directions
Chop eggs, add olives, salt, pickle relish and just enough mayon- naise to hold ingredients together.
Place a scant tablespoon on a fresh, crisp potato chip.
Garnish with tiny strips of pimiento and serve at once.
