Egg Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
9 large eggs
6 ounces natural Gruyere cheese (or Emmenthaler) grated
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper (less if you like)
2 loaves crusty Italian or French bread cut in cubes, with some crust on each cube
Directions
Beat the eggs in a flat pan until the whites and yolks are well mixed.
