Egg and Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter lettuce | 1 | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hard-boiled eggs | 4 , hardboiled | |
| Button mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Wash lettuce leaves and tear into pieces.
2. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, egg slices, mushrooms, chives and avocado in serving bowl.
3. Mix together garlic, vinegar and orange juice and pour over salad just before serving.
