Egg and Green Goddess Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 2 eggs, hard-cooked and cut lengthwise into halves | ||
| Green Goddess Salad Dressing | ||
| 5 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves | ||
| Parsley or dill sprigs to garnish | ||
Directions
Arrange lettuce on small oval dish.
Top with egg halves, cut-side down; pour dressing over eggs.
