 Cottage cheese24-ounce carton, small-curd
 Broccoli - 10-ounce package, frozen chopped, thawed and drained
 Cheddar Cheese2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs6 Small, beaten
 Flour1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Onion3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Combine first 8 ingredients, pour into greased slow cooker and cook with cover on High for 1 hour.
2. Stir, reduce heat to Low and with cover cook for 2 1/2-3 hours such that temperature reaches 160° and eggs are set.

SERVING
3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
