Egg and Anchovy Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 4 slices brown bread | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 12 anchovy fillets | ||
| Milk | 5 Tablespoon | |
| 2 stuffed green olives | ||
| Paprika pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Hard boil the eggs, cool, shell and slice thinly
2. Spread butter or margarine on egg; arrange egg slices on bread
3. Soak the achovy fillet in milk for five minutes and drain
4. Rinse with water and dry on paper towels
5. Cut the fillet into thin srips and arrange on top of the eggs
SERVING
6. Add finely chopped olives and sprinkle paprika on top
