Effortless Entrees Part 1 - Cajun Pot Roast Recipe Video

Effortless Entrees is a delicious and simple main course meal recipes that you can have in the lunch. In the video, Stacey Hawkins shows you to prepare two delicious recipes named Tuscan Fantasy Chicken kebabs and Cajun Pot Roast which are very simple to prepare and have exotic taste.

Ingredients

 
Cajun Pot Roast:
 
2 lbs boneless chuck roast
 
3-5 T tsg cajun seasoning
 
1 T tsg roasted garlic oil
 
1 bottle beer, any variety
 
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
 
1 medium onion, diced
 
Tuscan Fantasy Chicken Kebab:
 
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
 
1 T tsg roasted garlic oil
 
2 T tsg tuscan fantasy seasoning
 
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
 
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
 
1 (8 oz.) package whole button mushrooms

Directions

Cajun Pot Roast:
Medium-high heat the frying pan.
Add garlic oil to the pan.
Rub the roast with cajun seasoning on both seasoning.
When the pan is smoking hot, place the roast in it and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
Place it in the crock pot when done.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over roast and put the lid on the crock pot.
Cook for 8 hours on low.
Serve with corn bread muffins and a green salad.
Tuscan Fantasy Chicken Kebab:
Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine oil, meat, and vegetables and toss to coat.
Sprinkle seasoning liberally over mixture and toss once again.
Thread alternating meat and vegetable pieces on a skewer.
Repeat the process with all the ingredients.
Place kebabs on the grill and cook, 5-7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve warm over rice.
