Edam Sage Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheese | 1 Ounce | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground sage | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1 Dash |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Allow the cheese to be at room temperatur.
MAKING
2.Cut the top of Edam cheese using a sawtooth cut.
3.Scoop the cheese and leave a thin shell.
4.Cut the cheese finely and combine it with sour cream, sage and onion powder.
5.Fill the cheese shell with the mixture and refrigerate.
SERVING
6.Serve with assorted crackers.
