Eda Chutney Na Pattice ( Egg And Chutney Pattice ) Recipe

| Potatoes | 500 Gram, mashed (For the Covering:-) | |

| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder salt to taste | ||
| 8 hard boiled eggs each cut into two | ||
| 1 portion green chutney | ||
| Eggs | 5 (For the Filling.:-) | |
| 2 cups breadcrumbs oil for deep frying | ||
Directions
1. Mix the mashed potatoes with the coriander, pepper powder and salt to taste. Divide into sixteen equal balls.
2. Take each ball and place it in the palm of your left hand and flatten it out into a circle. Place a heaped tablespoon of green chutney in the centre and half a boiled egg on top of the chutney. Carefully fold the potato covering into an oval shape.
3. Beat the raw eggs. Place a kadhai half full of oil on the stove. Roll the pattice in trie breadcrumbs and dip in the beaten egg and fry in the hot oil, till golden in colour.
