Pizza Omelette Recipe Video
Ingredients
.5 to .75 c Eggbeaters
2-3 TB Pizza Sauce (Ragu PizzaQuick is 5 carbs per 1/4 c)
1-2 pinches grated parmesan
Spices (basil, oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper)
Turkey Bacon or other lean protein topping (optional)
Veggies like onion, green pepper, etc.
Directions
Spray pan with PAM. Add eggbeaters. Cook and flip. Top with pizza sauce, parmesan, spices, and your choice of toppings. Cook until done. Fold or serve flat.
