Ingredients

 
* 1 carton eggbeaters (equivalent of 8 eggs)
 
* 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
 
* 1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking dish (pie plate or square pan). I use PAM spray. Place thawed spinach into pan. Pour eggbeaters over top of spinach. Sprinkle with the feta and stir to blend ingredients together. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
