Healthy Egg Roll With Hot Mustard Sauce Recipe Video

This one is yummm-o! I *heart* chinese food so this is awesome if you're craving chinese. The hot mustard really makes the recipe so I recommend it, but you can dip the rolls in soy sauce too.

Ingredients

 
Wrapper
 
* 2 egg whites
 
Filling:
 
* coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
 
* splash soy sauce
 
* 5 spice powder (optional)
 
Dip:
 
* Ground mustard powder
 
* water

Directions

For hot mustard, mix mustard powder with water until desired consistency (thin for less hot, more concentrated = hooooottt!).
Spray pan with PAM and saute cabbage and soy sauce (and 5 spice if desired) until cabbage cooks down.
Make a regular omelette with the egg whites.
Place omelette on a plate and place cooked cabbage in a line on top.
Roll up and cut in half.
Dip in hot mustard.

Great idea, could even use shrimp and other veggies. kewl! You could just smear the mustard inside the omelette. I'll have to try this Asian slant on an omelette.
