Easy Healthy Pesto Chicken Recipe Video
This is a super easy recipe that tastes yummy!
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast tenderloins (or regular chicken breasts)
1/2 c pesto
2 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread 1/4 c pesto in a baking dish. Place chicken on top of pesto. Add the rest of the pesto (1/4 c) on top of the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more or until chicken is done.

Pesto chicken has always been a simple dish to prepare, but the healthy version that the chef shows here is definitely a refreshing change! It is a very low fat, low cal and low carb version of pesto sauce that she uses here. Definitely worth a watch.Comments
