Ingredients
Heavy whipping cream
Powdered sugar, 2 tbsp or to taste
Vanilla, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add the heavy whipping cream to a bowl and add in the sugar.
Add in the vanilla.
Use an electric hand held blender and blend it.
The perfect consistency is a little bit below the formation of stiff peaks.
Switch blender off. Transfer the whipped cream to a bowl.
Serve with fresh strawberries or other berries of choice.

My heart skips a beat every time I see this homemade whipped cream video. That's right I have seen it more than once or twice... the cream comes together so well... with fresh berries its a simple yet such a great dessert ready in no time.. If i don't dive into the whipping cream before that is.. :D great job!
