Easy Tomato Shrimp Aspic Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin package | 2 | |
| Hot water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasoned tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound small fresh shrimp, cooked,cooled | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions | ||
Directions
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water in a bowl or an 8 inch square glass baking dish.
Stir in the tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and seasoned salt.
Chill, covered, until soft set.
Fold in the shrimp, celery and green onions.
Chill until firm.
