Easy Tomato Aspic Recipe




 Unflavored gelatin1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
 Tomato juice1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1⁄2 Teaspoon (Original)
 Tabasco sauce1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Fresh lemon juice/Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Salad dressing1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared, Adjust Quantity)

Soften gelatin by sprinkling in 1/2 cup tomato juice in saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining tomato juice, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice..
Pour into a 2-cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens and serve with salad dressing
