1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon catsup
Directions
Mix cornstarch and water in a custard cup.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cat sup in a wok or small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Add cornstarch mixture and sim mer until it thickens and clears, stirring con stantly.
If too thick, thin with water.
