Ingredients

* 1 lb Fresh Shrimp

* 2 Lemons

* 2 Tbsp Capers (tip)

* 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

Directions

1. Prepare your shrimp. Make sure they do not have a vein down there back. (If they do, take a small sharp knife down the back of the shrimp and pick it out with your hands.) Make sure they also do not have the shells on. (If they do, hold the tail end and peel the shell off both sides.)
2. On medium heat, melt your butter in a medium sized sauce pot.
3. Once your butter is melted, throw your shrimp in the pot. The shrimp will only take 3-4 minutes to cook. You want the shrimp to be firm and not mushy.
4. When the shrimp is finished, and while it is still in the sauce pot, add your lemon juice, capers stir together to coat and immediately serve!
