Directions
Stir in shrimp, breaking up shrimp slightly.
Form mixture into a ball.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Just before serving, pour cocktail sauce over shrimp mixture.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips for dipping.
Note: When you're really in a rush, try this super-quick (and equally tasty) version.
Simply place the block of cream cheese on a small serving platter. (Omit onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.)
Top cream cheese with rinsed and drained shrimp.
Top shrimp with about 1/2 cup cocktail or chili sauce.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with crackers or chips, with small knives for spreading, if desired.
