Easy Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned red salmon | 32 Ounce, drained, with bone and skin removed | |
| Soft bread slice | 3 , cubed | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , lightly beaten | |
| Melted butter | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Pack mixture firmly into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch microproof loaf pan.
Insert temperature probe into center of loaf.
Place loaf in oven and plug in probe.
Cook on 70 with probe set at 150°F.
