2 tbsp white sugar
1 egg yolk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, add peanut butter, sugar, and egg yolk.
3. Mix them well with a spoon.
4. Add your cookie mix to a small oven pan.
5. Shape cookie with a fork.
6. Sprinkle sugar on top.
7. Place the pan in the middle rack of oven and bake for 8 minutes.
