Ingredients
2 large sweet onions,sliced
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup sour cream
1 {10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups crumbled corn bread
Directions
Saute the onions in the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Place in a bowl.
Add the sour cream, cream of celery soup and corn bread; mix well.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with additional crumbled corn bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
