Ingredients
| Sweet onions | 2 Large, sliced | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 {10 ounce) can cream of celery soup | ||
| Corn bread | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
Directions
Saute the onions in the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Place in a bowl.
Add the sour cream, cream of celery soup and corn bread; mix well.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with additional crumbled corn bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
