Directions
In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center.
Add egg, milk, oil and honey.
Mix just until moist and blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
