Easy Oat Bran Muffins Recipe
This simple and easy oat bran muffin needs only a handful of ingredients to bake up. The cinnamon milk and sugar to the oat bran are the key ingredients that keeps this muffin recipe sweet and simple.
Ingredients
11/4 cups all-purpose flour 300 mL
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 125 mL
3/4 cup oat bran 175 mL
1/4 cup granulated sugar 50 mL
2 tsp baking powder 10 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2mL
1/4 tsp cinnamon lmL
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup milk 250 mL
1/4 cup vegetable oil 50 mL
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center.
Add egg, milk, oil and honey.
Mix just until moist and blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
