MAKING
1. To a medium heated pan, add oil, place pork chops and cook until no longer pink.
2. Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, mushroom soup, and milk, mix gently(do not stir).
3. Sprinkle with black pepper, and parsley. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook on high heat for another 2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with rice.
