1.Pre-heat oven at 450C to prepare for pizza dough.
2.Take the stem out of the mushroom and finely chop them.
3.Pour some olive oil on the pizza base.
4.Put the garlic over the olive oil and rub it in on the pizza base.
5.Now place the mushroom on the pizza base and cover it completely with shredded cheese and a few cubes of goat cheese.
6.Put the pizza into the oven for it to bake for about 15 minutes.
7.Once the edges are golden brown and the cheese is gooey the pizza is ready.
8.Serve the pizza hot by topping it up with a dash of fresh thyme.
