Easy Mushroom Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 recipe pie pastry
1 lb. mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of onion juice
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. light cream
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Line small pie pan with pastry.
Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool.
Slice mush- rooms; place in pastry shell.
Sprinkle with salt, pep- per and flour; add onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, butter and cream.
Cover with strips of pastry.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 minutes or until mush- rooms are tender and pastry is browned.

and

vs

and the mystery ingredient:

and what about the:
