Easy Home made Tomato and Garlic Sauce Recipe
An easy, delicious homemade tomatoe recipe for all your pasta needs.

Ingredients
| Grape tomato containers | 2 | |
| Garlic | 10 Clove (50 gm) | |
| Olive oil | (for drizzling) | |
| Basil leaves | 10 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
2 containers of grape tomatoes
10 garlic cloves with skin on
10 basil leaves
olive oil
salt and peper
baking pan with sides
Preheat oven 450 degrees
Arrange tomatoes on pan and the garlic arrange together on the other side.
Chop the fresh basil and add over tomatoes
Add salt and pepper
Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and garlic
Put in oven for 25 minutes.
You should start your pasta now. Pick your favorite one!
When tomatoes and garlic are done, take garlic out, remove skin and with flat side of knife smear the garlic into a paste on your cutting board. Put the paste into a large bowl and add 1 cup of the pasta water you have been boiling in. With fork beat well into water.
Take tomatoes and mash with potato masher. Add to garlic and water. Taste and add more salt and pepper if required.
Drain your pasta and pour into bowl.
Enjoy!

One of my favourite recipes is to use cherry tomatoes, galic, olive oil, fresh basil and a sprinkle of chile flakes tossed with just cooked pasta like Angel Hair. Talk about flavour and fast!
