Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole Recipe Video
An easy casserole recipe that makes a lot. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 11x14 baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix the above ingredients together.
Place in prepared dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.

We didn't have shredded cheese, and my wife wouldn't let me get any this morning. (she's got the checkbook he he)
So, I used a block of american cheese and shredded the heck out of it!

hi Amy...!! :) I love hash browns..though i don't have them a lot, its kinda high on calories.. but they are yum..I can make this with a veg soup mix or onion soup mix too right..although then i wud be going easy on the added onions??
