Ingredients
| 4 lean loin pork chops | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 minced small onion | ||
| 4 ounces thin, broken spaghetti, cooked | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Spaghetti sauce mix package | 1 | |
Directions
Trim fat from pork chops.
Using some of this fat, brown pork chops well on both sides in a large skillet.
Add garlic, onion and green pepper; cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix, brown sugar and vinegar.
Cover; simmer for 45 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti and heat to serving temperature.
