Easy Fudge Frosting Recipe
Easy fudge frosting is a delightful and rich chocolaty frosting that goes well with cakes and brownies. Made easily and quickly with light cream and chocolate with added marshmellows, this frosting is rich and creamy.
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips
8 large marshmallows, or 1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup hot light cream
Directions
Put chocolate chips and hot cream into Osterizer container, cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth.
Remove feeder cap and add marshmallows gradually.
Continue processing until smooth.
