Ingredients
| Mixed fruits | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup unsweetened orange juice | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| Cinnamon stick | 2 | |
Directions
Drain fruit, reserving liquid; set fruit aside.
Combine reserved liquid, cornstarch, orange juice, and lemon rind in a small saucepan stir with a wire whisk to dissolve cornstarch.
Add cinnamon sticks, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat; discard cinnamon sticks.
Stir in reserved fruit; serve warm over angel food cake.
