Ingredients
2 large heads lettuce, washed
1/2 pound spinach, washed, dried and stems removed
2 cans (3 7/8 ounces each) pitted ripe olives, drained
2 jars (6 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts
1 bottle (8 ounces) herb dressing
Directions
Tear greens into bite-size pieces; divide between 2 large plastic bags.
Chill.
Just before serving, add to each bag 1 can olives, 1 jar artichoke hearts (with liquid) and half the dressing.
Close bags tightly; shake vigorously.
Serve in large bowl.
