Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre heat the oven to 350C.
2.Using a grater, zest the orange, lemon and the lime and squeeze as much as left over juice there is on the zest.
3.Season the zest with the dried oregano and ground coriander and mix well.
4.Now sprinkle some salt and pepper on the pork and rub the seasoned zest on the pork meat.

MAKING
5.Put the coated pork tenderloin in the oven and let it cook for 1 hour.
6.Slice your bread into two halves and smear one of the halves with mustard sauce.
7.Place the ham over the smeared bread and tear up the cheese to place over the other half of the sliced bread.
8.Put a layer of pickles over the cheese.
9.Once the pork tenderloin is ready, cut them up in 1/4 inch of thick slices.
10.Once sliced, lay them over the ham.

SERVING
11.You may grill the sandwich it or serve it as it is.
