Butter, 3 tbsp, melted
2 eggs
Flour, 1 cup
Milk, ¾ cup
Water, ½ cup
Directions
Add the eggs into the blender first.
Then add in the flour, butter, milk and water. Blend well.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and then lower heat to medium low.
Rub the pan with the remaining stick of butter to grease it.
Pour the crepe batter into the pan to evenly coat the bottom. Do not overload the pan.
Cook 2-3 minutes on one side till the sides of the crepe can be lifted up. (Use a heat resistant spatula to avoid damaging the crepe)
If there is any liquid standing in the middle of your crepe, tilt it to distribute it around the sides and flip when it is done.
Cook the other side for around 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and serve with nutella and fresh fruit filling!
