the measurements are so off on this recipe that I ended up with flat uncooked in the middle pancakes. This is the worst recipe ever!

I had to edit this recipe to make sense to us Australians as well as give more of an idea of ratios of ingredients. INGREDIENTS 3 1/3 Cups shredded coconut 1x 395g tin of sweet condensed milk 3 tsp Vanilla essence roughly 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips Stage1- Combine all ingredients. Stage2- Roll into balls roughly the size of an avocado seed and place on a well greased baking sheet. Stage3- Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite (160 degrees Celsius) for 15 to 20 minutes (or until lightly golden in colour). Stage4- Remove while still hot with moistened spatula. Stage5- Cool on wire rack. Stage 6- Melt chocolate in a metal bowl over boiling water. Making sure the water dose not come in contact with the bottom of the bowl. When the chocolate is completely melted stir and proceed to dip the top of the Macsroons in the chocolate. allow to set on a lined tray on a bench/table or similar. Tahdah!
