4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan; cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Syrup may be served hot or cold.
Mixture thickens as it cools.Serve over ice cream.
