Ingredients

 3 cans any cream soup
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 White rice1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts)
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Remove skin from chicken, and salt and pepper them.
In a 9x14 inch pan, mix soup with can of water.
Sprinkle uncooked rice on top of this.
Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice.
Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 2 hours.
Delicious! My mother in law makes this for us when we go home to New Brunswick.
