Easy Chicken And Rice Supper Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cans any cream soup | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts) | ||
| Salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Remove skin from chicken, and salt and pepper them.
In a 9x14 inch pan, mix soup with can of water.
Sprinkle uncooked rice on top of this.
Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice.
Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 2 hours.
Delicious! My mother in law makes this for us when we go home to New Brunswick.
