Easy Cheese Fruit Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 can (9 3/4 ounces) raspberry or pineapple dessert mix
1 package (5 ounces) pastry tart shells (6 to a package)
Fresh or canned fruits for garnish
Chopped pistachio nuts or almonds
Directions
Beat cream cheese until soft in a small bowl.
Gradually beat in milk; continue beating until completely smooth.
Add dessert mix; stir with a spoon 30 seconds, or until thickened.
Spoon into tart shells, dividing evenly.
Decorate with fruits of your choice; sprinkle with nuts, if you wish.
Chill until ready to serve.
