Clementines
 
Powdered sugar
 
Triple sec

Directions

Cut the clementines horizontally across.
Soak them in triple sec overnight.
Take the clementines out of the liquid and let excess liquid to drain away.
Press them face down in powdered sugar and place them (sugared side down) on a pan over high heat to caramelize them.
When the sugar around the edges of the clementines begins to turn brown, remove them from heat.
Let them cool a little and serve!
