Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut your clementines or oranges into two equal halves.
2. In a bowl pour the liquor you have chosen and pop the clementines into it and let them sit in it overnight.

MAKING
3.Take each half of the cut clementine and dip them face down into the powdered sugar.
4.In a non stick pan, on high heat place the clementines face down and let them caramelize.
5.Once the sugar on the clementines turn light brown color they are done.

SERVING
6.Place them into a serving dish and grab the bite of every inch of the caramelized clementine.
