Easy Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Simple bluberry mufffins baked with the freshest berries of choice. These aromatic muffins will have you drooling as they come out of the oven. Baked with sugar and milk, these easy blueberry muffins taste like you spent all day in the kitchen!
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 13/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 tsp salt 4mL | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Frozen blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until blended.
In another bowl, beat together milk, oil and egg.
Add to the flour mixture and stir only until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Delicious served warm.
HINT: When your friends come over to visit, if their parents (or your parents) want them sent home at a certain time, set the kitchen timer - just as you do in baking.
When the buzzer sounds, home they go.
Moms will be happy.
