Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sift the flour, soda, baking powder together
2) Make a well in the center and place in the shortening and the milk
3) Mix till smooth
4) On a greased floured board pat the dough down and cut out shapes using cookie cutters
5) Place the biscuits on a baking sheet
6) Bake for 12 minutes at 400F

SERVING
7) Serve warm
